While the existing kitchen was completely serviceable, this family wanted to brighten the room, upgrade the appliances and keep within a reasonable budget. We opted to preserve the footprint but redo the flooring, replace the the upper cabinets, reface the base cabinets and keep the granite tile countertops while swapping in a new backsplash. An induction range and powerful vented hood gave the primary cook of the house a high-end experience without breaking the bank. Recessed lights and a fresh coat of paint brought it all together.
